- A can of chickpeas
- 4 tbsp tahini (pureed sesame)
- 2 garlic clove
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp cumin podwer
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- A little dried parsley
- 2 tsp oil
- A little black pepper
- Half a cup of water
- It is very important to drain and rinse the chickpeas very well.
- Using a beater, mix up all the ingredients and beat adding little by little the water.
- You can serve the humus with oil, paprika and some chikpeas or black olives.
