Hummus

INGREDIENTS:
  • A can of chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp tahini (pureed sesame)
  • 2 garlic clove
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp cumin podwer
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • A little dried parsley
  • 2 tsp oil
  • A little black pepper
  • Half a cup of water
DIRECTIONS:
  • It is very important to drain and rinse the chickpeas very well.
  •  Using a beater, mix up all the ingredients and beat adding little by little the water.
  •  You can serve the humus with oil, paprika and some chikpeas or black olives.
